.....Brautigam Land Surveyors, PC, located in downtown Newtown, Connecticut, is centrally located to serve Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut, and Westchester and Putnam counties in New York state.

 .....We specialize in topography surveys for the site development of new residential, commercial and municipal projects. We also provide surveys for recreation areas, pool sites and other landscape design projects.

 .....Once the design phase is complete, we work hand-in-hand with project architects, engineers and landscape coordinators via e-mail and widely-used CAD design software to ensure fast and accurate layout during the construction phase of the project.

 .....As Construction continues, we maintain an on-site field crew to provide service on a 24-48 hour, on-call basis to keep your project running smoothly and efficiently.

 .....From the field to the office and back, Brautigam Land Surveyors uses the latest electronic “total” stations and data collectors for the fast, accurate transfer of data. This maintains the integrity of all relevant data throughout the project life.

About Paul Brautigam ...

......Paul A. Brautigam is the owner of Brautigam Land Surveyors, PC. He’s a life long resident of Connecticut and has more than 25 years of land surveying experience.

 .....A 1978 graduate of Paul Smith’s College in New York, with a surveying major and forestry minor. Paul uses his extensive knowledge of topography and plant life and his varied experience to provide a personal, broad-ranging view to your site development and landscape design projects.

 .....Through his on-going education and training in the legal aspects of land surveying and the preparation of legally defensible maps, Paul Brautigam has the experience to provide accurate documentation to help resolve disputes regarding property boundaries and insurance claims.

 .....Paul’s business philosophy is to keep the company on the cutting edge of surveying Technology. He also believes that personal service, impeccable accuracy and increased productivity are not incompatible. The company will help its clients fill their surveying needs using a range of technologies designed specifically to suit any particular project.
